2.1 Turbine Enterprises Limited grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access this Site solely for personal use in determining the availability of selected services, event entry fees, memberships, products, etc (Services and Products) and to purchase Services and Products from Turbine Enterprises Limited in the name of individual persons. You shall not use this Site for any other purpose, including without limitation, for commercial gain or purposes, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand.
2.2 You shall not use any device, software or routine that interferes or attempts to interfere with the normal operation of this Site or take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our computer equipment. You shall not use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or a program, algorithm, or methodology having similar processes or functionality, or any manual process to monitor our site or any data or content found on this Site.

Your access to this Site may not be uninterrupted or available at all times. Turbine Enterprises Limited cannot promise that this Site will be error-free, that defects or errors will be corrected or that this Site or the servers that make it available are free from viruses or other harmful components or that the content is correct at all times.
4. Responsibility for Confidentially of Account Information
4.1 If you use this Site and maintain a profile customised to your needs, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login password, which has been provided to you. 6.1 Unless otherwise expressly stated, all prices on this site are inclusive of all taxes including where applicable goods and services tax (GST).

8. Law and Jurisdiction

9.1 When you book or reserve Services and Products on this Site a secured server is used. We make no warranty in respect of the strength or effectiveness of encryption and have no responsibility for events arising from unauthorised use of the information you provide.

11.0 Incorrect Bank Account Number:
11.1 Turbine Enterprises Limited gives the customer the choice to pay for products through bank transfer. If the Customer credits money to the incorrect bank account number, and the correct number was provided to the Customer by Turbine Enterprises Limited, then Turbine Enterprises Limited will not accept any responsibility for correcting payment and the goods will not be dispatched.
12.0 Mailing Cash
12.0 Turbine Enterprises Limited does not recommend that cash be mailed for payment of products. If the Customer does mail cash, Turbine Enterprises Limited accepts no responsibility for the theft, loss or otherwise non-delivery of mailed cash.
13.0 Delivery Estimates
13.0 Turbine Enterprises Limited makes every effort practical to ensure that delivery timeframes given are accurate. By placing an order, you agree not to hold Turbine Enterprises Limited liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated time frame.
14.0 Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
14.1 Where the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply, these terms will be read subject to the application of that Act, and in the case of any conflict, the provisions of that Act will apply.
15.0 Business Customers
15.1 The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply to business customers (where "business" is as defined by the Act). Business customers agree that where products are purchased for the purpose of a business that the Act does not apply.
